TESTING ANTI-HEAT™
Sophisticated testing like Dynamometer proves that ANTI-HEAT™ formula is most cost effective in reducing heat, prolonging engine's life, saving fuel, reducing junked engines and pollution. The following examples confirm the definitive benefits of ANTI-HEAT™:
[1] In Texas, the Department of Public Works and Engineering in the City of Houston's tested the formula and reported that in the: "Nox prototype testing and evaluation project Preliminary test data indicate that potential NOx reduction may range between 17-63%. Using our in-house test equipment your product appears to perform as claimed." The report then goes to indicate that after EPA testing approval, the formula can be used in the City of Houston State Implementation Program (SIP) and the use of the "product as a key part of our NOx reduction program can" become possible. Tests on February, March, April and June confirmed that using the formula resulted in the reduction of HC ppm by 55-69%, Carbon Monoxide (CO) by 67%, NO ppm by 69%
[2] A very significant test carried out in by Emergency Medical Services Authority (EMSA) in Tulsa Oklahoma to determine the suitability of the ANTI-HEAT™ formula for the Ambulance Industry, produced very impressive results - even with only one liter added to engines radiators. Immediately, the Authority adopted the formula in
all of its ambulance fleet vehicles. Following are their results:
* Although the ambient temperature in the street was 100oF and then rose
dramatically to 108oF, the engine bay's temperature of ambulance using
ANTI-HEAT formula dropped by 7oF.
* While the temperature of the water entering the radiator was 181oF
before using the formula, it dropped to 163oF after adding it, a
significant drop of 18oF.
* The temperature of the water exiting the radiator was 140oF before
adding the formula; and only 114oF after adding ANTI-HEAT™
formula, a dramatic drop of 26o F.
* Before adding the formula, temperature of the Air Conditioning duct was
43oF, after adding it, the temperature dropped to 26oF; a
reduction of 17oF.
* The alternator had a total improved adjustment of 10 AMPS in
output.
[3] The SGS U.S. Testing Company report confirms that after testing the formula when added to commercially available antifreeze for interaction, the formula dissolved completely in a consistent mixture and that didn't affect the consistency or pH of the Anti-freeze. There was no significant difference in the breaking strength or dimensional stability of the rubber radiator hoses. Neither the boiling nor freezing points of the Antifreeze were affected.
[4] In their Report the SGS U.S. Testing Company confirmed that after testing ANTI-HEAT™ formula in accordance with the Method specified in 49 CFR 173.137 © (2) of the Department of Transportation Corrosion Testing on Aluminum, they found it to be in full compliance without any notable corrosion.
